Mat Classes

All Mat Classes are limited to five students. Online or phone reservations are strongly encouraged To guarantee a spot.

Group mat classes are $15 each, and discounted class cards (10 classes for $120) are also available. Use of mats, towels, and small props are included in price.

Class Offerings are currently limited, but will be expanded based on demand. If you have a request for a group mat class day/time that is currently not on the schedule, please Contact Us.
