A one hour, one-on-one Pilates session on the Pilates reformer, tower, wunda chair, and ladder barrelm designed around your individual goals and needs.

 

new student intro offer

This intro session is open to new and returning students at Heights Pilates. The session consists of 20 minutes of assessment and goal-setting, and 40 minutes of one-on-one personal training on the studio equipment (reformer, tower, wunda chair, and ladder barrel). Intro sessions are available to new students and returning seasonal students only. Limit of one intro class per client per calendar year.
